Live Sound & Events

You're Not Renting a PA.
You're Hiring the Person Who Makes It Work.

I bring the speakers and microphones, run the sound during your event, and pack it all up after. Corporate events, conferences, church services, and live music.

How I work

I arrive early, set up the system, test every microphone, and engineer the sound for the duration of the event. If the venue already has speakers, I use them and bring whatever is missing. If it doesn't, I bring a system that fits the room. I've been doing this for 15 years, and my broadcast audio has aired on ESPN, Golf Channel, DAZN, and Peacock.

Not sure what you need? Tell me what the event is. I'll tell you what it takes.

How a booking works

  1. Tell me about the eventDate, venue, how many people, and what's happening. A rough agenda is plenty.
  2. Site check and planI look at the room, in person or from photos, figure out what's needed, and quote it.
  3. Event dayEarly setup, full sound check, engineered sound throughout, and teardown.

Questions I get

I just need one microphone and a speaker. Is that too small?

No. Small events are a big part of the work. Tell me what you need.

Do you bring the speakers, or use what the venue has?

Either. Tell me what's in the room and I'll tell you what else is needed.

What do you need from me?

The date, the venue, roughly how many people, what's happening on stage, and a contact at the venue. I'll take it from there.

How far do you travel?

I'm US-based and travel for events. Travel is written into the quote up front.

Can you also handle video, lighting, or the live stream?

Yes. I run multi-camera live streams and program lighting. Say so and I'll scope it as one booking.

What does it cost?

It depends on the room, how long the day is, and what has to be brought in. Quotes are flat, in writing.
